1.
Reglement
Die Spiele werden gemäß den Vorschriften der 'International Football Association Board' der FIFA und der Satzung des DFB abgehalten. Der oben erwähnte Turnierveranstalter hat die erforderliche Genehmigung zur Turnieraustragung von dem DFB. erhalten. Bei Übersetzungsfehlern der Turnierregeln gelten die deutschen Turnierregeln. Die Turniersprache ist deutsch.
Der Turnierveranstalter wird eine Turnierkommission einberufen, die für die gesamte Turnierabwicklung verantwortlich sein wird. Für die Kategorien U9, U10 und U11 bestehen zusätzliche „Kleinfeld- Turnierregeln.
2.
Schiedsrichter
Die Spiele werden von Schiedsrichtern, die dem DFB oder einem seiner Landesverbände angeschlossen sind, geleitet.
Mannschaften.
Mannschaften, die eine Genehmigung ihres Fußballbundes erhalten haben, sind zur Teilnahme an diesem Turnier berechtigt.
Teamleiter.
Jede Mannschaft muss von einem Teamleiter, der älter als 18 Jahre ist, begleitet werden. Dessen Name, Adresse, Geburtsdatum und Telefonnummer sind auf der Spielerliste anzugeben. Der Teamleiter ist für das sportlich faire Benehmen der Spieler während des Spieles und auf der Sportanlage verantwortlich. Der Teamleiter muss immer anwesend sein, wenn die Mannschaft auf dem Sportgelände ist.
Ein Teamleiter kann nur für eine Mannschaft gleichzeitig verantwortlich sein.
Zuschauer und Betreten des Platzes.
Mitgereiste Eltern, Familie, Betreuer, Funktionäre und Zuschauer jeglicher Art, haben sich auf und neben dem Platz fair und respektvoll zu verhalten. Eine teilnehmende Mannschaft kann für ein Fehlverhalten seiner Zuschauer belangt werden.
Das Betreten des Platzes ist nur den spielberechtigten Spielern, sowie max. 3 Betreuern (einschl. Teamleitern) der aktuell spielenden Mannschaft gestattet.
Zuschauern und Mannschaften, die aktuell nicht auf dem jeweiligen Platz spielen, ist das Betreten des Innenraums untersagt.
Dies gilt insbesondere auch für den Grünstreifen zwischen Kleinfeldspielfeldern.
Der Innenbereich ist vom Veranstalter festzulegen. Sollte dies nicht erfolgt sein gilt mindestens ein Abstand von 3m zur Auslinie insofern keine bauliche Trennung (Bande, Gitter, etc.) vorliegt.
Altersklassen (Kategorien) und Ausnahmeregelungen
a.
Ein Spieler kann in einer Altersklasse spielen, wenn er/sie am oder nach dem 1. Januar des Jahres geboren wurde, in dem dieses Alter erreicht wird.
b.
Ausnahmeregeln müssen vor Turnierbeginn bei der Turnierleitung angemeldet werden.
c.
Sollte der/die Spieler/in eine gültige Ausnahme seines Fußballverbandes besitzen (z.B. Rückstellung wegen einer Behinderung, etc.), so ist diese auch für das Turnier gültig.
d.
Eine gültige Ausnahme liegt generell nicht vor, wenn lediglich die Altersklassen des jeweiligen Fußballverbandes unterschiedlich sind. Es gilt b.
Kontrolle
Für jeden Turniertag muss der Teamleiter eine Spielerliste, auf der die Spieler mit
Name/Geburtsdatum/Rückennummer aufgelistet sind, vor dem ersten Spiel der Mannschaft bei der Turnierleitung vor Ort abgeben. Alle Spieler müssen einen Spielerpass oder Personal/Kinderausweis
haben, der auf Verlangen der Turnierleitung sofort vorgelegt werden kann. Diese Dokumente können am Turniertag von der Turnierleitung jederzeit angefordert werden. Ein Spieler ist nur zur Teilnahme berechtigt, wenn er in seinem Fußballverband eine gültige Spielberechtigung für den teilnehmenden Verein besitzt. Das Privatspielrecht ist ausreichend.
3.
Rangliste Gruppenspiele.
Die Gruppenplatzierung wird mit Punkten ermittelt. Die Punkte werden wie folgt zugeteilt:

Sieg: 3 Punkte

Unentschieden: 1 Punkt
•
Niederlage 0 Punkte
Falls mehrere Mannschaften punktgleich sind, wird die Rangliste wie folgt festgestellt:
a.
Tordifferenz,
b.
die meisterzielten Tore,
c.
das Ergebnis der direkten Begegnung,
d.
Elfmeterschießen.
Zwischenrunde.
Bei Unentschieden erfolgt ein Elfmeterschießen nach den Regeln der FIFA. Elfmeterschießen können auf einem extra ausgewiesenen Platz stattfinden. Das Elfmeterschießen wird mit 5 Schützen durchgeführt.
Endspiele.

4.
Spieldauer.
Die Spieldauer der Gruppen-, Zwischen-, und Endspiele beträgt 1 x 25 Minuten.
5.
Spiele.
a.
Der Teamleiter meldet seine Mannschaft mindestens 5 Minuten vor Spielbeginn beim Schiedsrichter am Spielfeld an.
b.
Pro Spiel steht jeder Mannschaft ein Wechselkontingent von 5 Spielern (einschl. 1 Torwart) von der Spielerliste zur Verfügung (Ein- und Auswechslung). Ein Spielerwechsel ist nur in Spielpausen, nach Anmeldung beim leitenden Schiedsrichter erlaubt. Die ausgewechselten Spieler können auch wieder eingewechselt werden (Rückwechsel). Rückwechsel können nicht beliebig oft erfolgen, sondern sind mit dem Wechselkontingent zu verrechnen.
c.
Nimmt ein Verein mit mehreren Mannschaften der gleichen Altersklasse am Turnier teil, ist es nicht gestattet, die Spieler innerhalb der teilnehmenden Mannschaften zu wechseln. Die Spieler dürfen nur in der Mannschaft spielen, in der sie laut Teamliste gemeldet sind. Bei einem Verstoß gegen diese Regel werden alle Spiele, bei denen ein nicht gemeldeter Spieler eingesetzt wurde, mit 2:0 für die gegnerische Mannschaft gewertet und ein Bericht an den Verband gesendet.
d.
Jeder Verein soll ein sich deutlich von den Vereinsfarben unterscheidendes Ersatztrikot mitbringen. Wenn vor Spielbeginn der Schiedsrichter entscheidet, dass die Vereinsfarben der Mannschaften sich zu sehr gleichen, so muss der im Spielplan erstgenannte Verein im Ersatztrikot oder mit Überziehleibchen spielen.
e.
Die Turnierleitung legt zu Beginn des Turniers fest auf welchen Seiten die jeweiligen Mannschaften spielen. Dies ist abhängig davon zu machen, ob eine Mannschaft im Spielplan erstgenannt ist oder nicht. Die Seitenwahl kann auch einheitlich mittels Münzwurfs erfolgen, dies ist aber für alle Spiele derselben Runde gleich zu behandeln. Ein Einspruch gegen eine fehlerhafte Seitenauswahl muss vor dem Anpfiff beim Schiedsrichter oder bei der Turnierleitung eingelegt werden. Nachträgliche Beschwerden oder eine Anfechtung der Spielwertung sind aus diesem Grund nicht möglich.
6.
Disziplinarmaßnahmen.
Nach den Regeln der FIFA kann ein Schiedsrichter den Spieler mit folgenden persönlichen Strafen sanktionieren:
a.
einer Verwarnung (gelben Karte),
b.
einer 5 Minuten Zeitstrafe,
c.
einer gelb-roten Karte (Feldverweis auf Dauer),
d.
oder einer roten Karte (Feldverweis auf Dauer).
Das Verhängen von Strafen kann nur in der angegebenen Reihenfolge erfolgen, wobei auch Strafen übersprungen werden können. So ist zum Beispiel eine Verwarnung (a) nachdem ein Spieler bereits direkt eine Zeitstrafe (b) erhalten hat, nicht mehr möglich, sondern nur noch gelb-rot (c) und rot (d). Vom Platz verwiesene Spieler, auch bei Zeitstrafe, dürfen in diesem Spiel nicht ersetzt werden.
Ein Spieler, der vom Platz verwiesen wurde (rote Karte, (d)), ist für das nächste Spiel gesperrt. Die Turnierleitung besitzt die Möglichkeit bei schweren Verstößen nach Rücksprache mit der Turnierkommission (Turnierleiter, Koordinator Euro Sportring, Hauptschiedsrichter) eine längere Spielsperre zu verhängen.
Wird ein Spieler vom Feld verwiesen (c, d) oder eine Verwarnung (a), bzw. Zeitstrafe (b) ausgesprochen, wird der Schiedsrichter die Turnierkommission sofort nach dem Spiel darüber in Kenntnis setzen. Alle Berichte bezüglich Fehlverhalten eines Spielers oder Teamleiters werden vom Turnierveranstalter an den jeweiligen Landesverband des DFB gemeldet, der diese Berichte an die zuständigen nationalen Verbände des Heimatlandes weiterleitet. Eine Sperre für Verbandsspiele im Heimatland ist dadurch möglich, liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung des Veranstalters.
Bei Gruppenspielen werden alle Ergebnisse einer Mannschaft für ungültig erklärt und sind mit 2:0 als verloren zu werten, falls:
•
die betreffende Mannschaft mit einem nicht spielberechtigten Spieler gespielt hat;
•
der Schiedsrichter das Spiel wegen der betreffenden Mannschaft vorzeitig abbricht;
•
die betreffende Mannschaft nicht zum Gruppenspiel erscheint (ab 10 Minuten Verspätung ohne Ankündigung),
•
die betreffende Mannschaft vom Turnier ausgeschlossen wurde.
In den Zwischen- und Endrunden verliert in den oben erwähnten Fällen die betreffende Mannschaft mit
2:0.
Bei einem fristgerecht nachgewiesenen Wechselfehler (Wechselkontingent überschritten) ist nur das betreffende Spiel mit 2:0 für die betreffende Mannschaft als verloren zu werten.
Bei groben Fehlverhalten von Spielern, Trainern, Eltern und Fans, auch abseits des Feldes (u. a. Hotel, Parkplatz, ...), kann die Mannschaft vom Turnier ausgeschlossen werden. Bei einem Ausschluss vor dem Beginn einer neuen Runde (Gruppen-, Zwischen-, Endrunde) werden die Ergebnisse der aktuellen Runde sowie aller folgenden Runden nach vorangegangen Regeln gewertet. Eine neue Runde beginnt mit dem Anpfiff des ersten Spiels dieser Runde, unabhängig ob die ausgeschlossene oder eine betroffene Mannschaft daran beteiligt ist.
Ausgeschlossene Mannschaften werden nicht in der Endplatzierung berücksichtigt. Alle folgenden Teams rutschen nach.
Einsprüche.
Einsprüche in Bezug auf Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters sind nicht möglich. Einsprüche in Bezug auf andere Angelegenheiten müssen spätestens 15 Minuten nach dem betroffenen Spiel vom Teamleiter bei der Turnierleitung schriftlich eingereicht werden.
Der Turnierausschuss entscheidet ebenfalls über Angelegenheiten, die im Reglement nicht vorgesehen sind. Die Entscheidungen des Turnierausschusses sind bindend.
7.
Spielplan.
Der Turnierausschuss hat das Recht den Spielplan im Falle von unvorhergesehenen Umständen abzuändern.
8.
Haftung.
Die teilnehmenden Vereine sind selbst verantwortlich für eine angemessene Versicherung der Spieler. Der Veranstalter und Euro-Sportring haften nicht für Personenschaden und Sachbeschädigung bzw. das Abhandenkommen von Besitztümern.
Kleinfeld Turnierreglement
Für die Spiele auf dem Kleinfeld (U09, U10, U11) gelten zusätzlich folgend Regelungen:
1.
Es wird mit 6 Feldspielern und 1 Torwart gespielt
2.
Rückspiel zum Torwart ist erlaubt
3.
Es wird ohne Abseitsregel gespielt
4.
Ein Abstoß oder Abschlag darf über die Mittellinie hinaus gespielt werden
5.
Der Abstoß muss aus dem Strafraum heraus erfolgen
6.
Ein Strafstoß erfolgt aus einer Distanz von 8 Metern
7.
Ein Freistoß für die angreifende Mannschaft bzw. ein Schiedsrichterball muss mindestens 5 Meter von der Torlinie entfernt ausgeführt werden.
8.
Beim Anstoß sowie bei der Ausführung von Freistößen und Eckstößen müssen die Spieler/innen der gegnerischen Mannschaft mindestens fünf Meter vom Ball entfernt sein.
9.
Die Anzahl der Einwechselspieler (Wechselkontingent) ist nicht begrenzt. (5b) findet demnach keine Anwendung. Ein Spielerwechsel ist nur während einer Spielunterbrechung möglich. Wiederholtes Ein- und Auswechseln ist gestattet (sog. Rückwechsel).

The matches will be played in accordance with the regulations of the International Football Association Board (IFAB) of FIFA and the statutes of the German Football Association (DFB). The aforementioned tournament organizer has received the necessary authorization to hold the tournament from the DFB. In case of translation errors in the tournament rules, the German tournament rules shall prevail. The tournament language is German.
The tournament organizer will appoint a tournament committee, which will be responsible for the entire tournament organization. For the U9, U10, and U11 categories, additional "small-field tournament rules" apply.
2. Referees
The matches will be officiated by referees affiliated with the DFB (German Football Association) or one of its regional associations.
Teams
Teams that have received approval from their respective football associations are eligible to participate in this tournament.
Team Leaders
Each team must be accompanied by a team leader who is over 18 years of age. Their name, address, date of birth, and telephone number must be provided on the team roster. The team leader is responsible for the players' sportsmanship during the match and on the sports grounds. The team leader must be present at all times while the team is on the sports grounds.
A team leader can only be responsible for one team at a time.
Spectators and Entering the Field
Accompanying parents, family members, coaches, officials, and spectators of any kind must behave fairly and respectfully on and off the field. A participating team may be held liable for the misconduct of its spectators.
Entering the Field Access to the pitch is permitted only to eligible players and a maximum of three coaches (including team managers) of the team currently playing.
Spectators and teams not currently playing on the pitch are prohibited from entering the inner area.
This also applies to the grass strip between the small-sided pitches.
The organizer will define the inner area. If this has not been done, a minimum distance of 3 meters to the touchline must be maintained unless there is a physical barrier (boards, fences, etc.).
Age Groups (Categories) and Exceptions
a. A player can play in an age group if they were born on or after January 1st of the year in which they reach that age.
b. Exceptions must be registered with the tournament management before the tournament begins.
c. If a player has a valid exception from their football association (e.g., deferral due to a disability, etc.), this exception is also valid for the tournament.
d. A valid exception does not generally apply if only the Age groups vary depending on the football association. The following applies:
Check
For each tournament day, the team manager must submit a player list to the tournament management on-site before the team's first match. This list must include the players' names, dates of birth, and jersey numbers. All players must have a player's pass or personal/child's ID card, which can be presented immediately upon request by the tournament management. These documents may be requested by the tournament management at any time during the tournament day. A player is only eligible to participate if they possess a valid playing license for the participating club within their football association. Private playing rights are sufficient.
3. Group Stage Ranking
Group standings are determined by points. Points are awarded as follows:
• Win: 3 points
• Draw: 1 point
• Loss: 0 points
If multiple teams are tied on points, the ranking will be determined as follows:
a. Goal difference,
b. Goals scored,
c. Result of the head-to-head match,
d. Penalty shootout.
Intermediate Round
In the event of a draw, a penalty shootout will be held according to FIFA rules. Penalty shootouts may take place on a designated pitch. The penalty shootout will consist of 5 penalty takers.
Final

4. Match Duration
The match duration for group, intermediate, and final matches is 1 x 25 minutes.
5. Matches
a. The team leader must register their team with the referee at the field of play at least 5 minutes before the start of the match.
b. Each team has a quota of 5 substitutions per match (including 1 goalkeeper) from the team roster (substitutions on and off). Substitutions are only permitted during breaks in play, after registering with the head referee. Substituted players may also re-enter the game (re-substitution). Re-substitutions are not unlimited and must be deducted from the substitution quota.
c. If a club participates in the tournament with multiple teams in the same age group, it is not permitted to substitute players between participating teams. Players may only play for the team they are registered with according to the team roster. In case of a violation of this rule, all matches in which an unregistered player is used will be forfeited 2-0 to the opposing team, and a report will be sent to the association.
d. Each club must bring a spare kit that is clearly distinguishable from their club colors. If, before the start of the match, the referee decides that the teams' club colors are too similar, the club listed first in the schedule must play in their spare kit or with over-the-knee jerseys.
e. At the beginning of the tournament, the tournament organizers will determine which side each team will play on. This will depend on whether a team is listed first in the schedule or not. The choice of side can also be made uniformly by a coin toss, but this must be applied consistently to all matches in the same round. Any objection to an incorrect choice of side must be raised with the referee or the tournament organizers before kickoff. Subsequent complaints or challenges to the match result are therefore not possible.
6. Disciplinary Measures.
According to FIFA rules, a referee can sanction a player with the following personal penalties:
a. a caution (yellow card),
b. a 5-minute suspension,
c. a yellow-red card (permanent sending-off),
d. or a red card (permanent sending-off).
Penalties can only be issued in the specified order, and penalties can be skipped. For example, a caution (a) is no longer possible after a player has already received a temporary suspension (b); only a yellow-red card (c) and a red card (d) are possible. Players sent off, even with a temporary suspension, may not be replaced in that match.
A player who has been sent off (red card, (d)) is suspended for the next match. The tournament management has the option, in cases of serious offenses, to impose a longer suspension after consulting with the tournament commission (tournament director, Euro Sportring coordinator, head referee).
If a player is sent off (c, d) or receives a caution (a) or a temporary suspension (b), the referee will inform the tournament commission immediately after the match. All reports regarding misconduct by a player or team manager will be reported by the tournament organizer to the respective regional association of the German Football Association (DFB), which will then forward these reports to the relevant national associations of the player's home country. A suspension from league matches in the home country is possible as a result, but is not the responsibility of the organizer.
In group matches, all results for a team will be declared invalid and recorded as a 2-0 loss if:
• the team in question fielded an ineligible player;
• the referee abandons the match prematurely due to the team in question;
• the team in question fails to appear for the group match (after a delay of 10 minutes without prior notice);
• the team in question has been expelled from the tournament.
In the intermediate and final rounds, the team in question loses 2-0 in the aforementioned cases.
In the event of a timely proven substitution error (exceeding the substitution quota), only the specific match in question will be recorded as a 2-0 loss for the team in question.
In cases of serious misconduct by players, coaches, parents, and fans, including off-field incidents (e.g., at the hotel, parking lot, etc.), the team may be excluded from the tournament. If an exclusion occurs before the start of a new round (group, intermediate, or final round), the results of the current round and all subsequent rounds will be evaluated according to the previous rules. A new round begins with the kickoff of the first match of that round, regardless of whether the excluded or an affected team is involved.
Excluded teams are not included in the final standings. All subsequent teams move up.
Appeals.
Appeals regarding referee decisions are not permitted. Objections regarding other matters must be submitted in writing to the tournament management by the team captain no later than 15 minutes after the affected match.
The tournament committee also decides on matters not covered by the regulations. The decisions of the tournament committee are binding.
7. Schedule.
The tournament committee reserves the right to amend the schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability.
Participating clubs are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their players. The organizer and Euro-Sportring are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings.
Small-Field Tournament Regulations
For small-field games (U9, U10, U11), the following additional rules apply:
1. Games are played with 6 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper.
2. Back passes to the goalkeeper are permitted.
3. There is no offside rule.
4. Goal kicks may be played beyond the halfway line.
5. Goal kicks must be taken from inside the penalty area.
6. Penalty kicks are taken from a distance of 8 meters.
7. Free kicks for the attacking team and dropped balls must be taken at least 5 meters from the goal line.
8. At kick-off, as well as during the execution of free kicks and corner kicks, opposing players must be at least five meters away from the ball.
9. There is no limit to the number of substitutes. (5b) therefore does not apply. Substitutions are only permitted during a stoppage in play. Repeated substitutions are permitted (so-called re-substitutions).

Le partite si disputeranno in conformità con il regolamento dell'International Football Association Board (IFAB) della FIFA e con lo statuto della Federcalcio tedesca (DFB). L'organizzatore del torneo sopra menzionato ha ricevuto dalla DFB la necessaria autorizzazione a organizzare il torneo. In caso di errori di traduzione nel regolamento del torneo, prevarrà il regolamento tedesco. La lingua del torneo è il tedesco.
L'organizzatore del torneo nominerà un comitato organizzatore, che sarà responsabile dell'intera organizzazione del torneo. Per le categorie U9, U10 e U11, si applicano ulteriori "regole per tornei a campo ridotto".
2. Arbitri
Le partite saranno dirette da arbitri affiliati alla DFB (Federazione calcistica tedesca) o a una delle sue federazioni regionali.
Squadre
Le squadre che hanno ricevuto l'approvazione dalle rispettive federazioni calcistiche possono partecipare a questo torneo.
Capisquadra
Ogni squadra deve essere accompagnata da un caposquadra maggiorenne. Nome, indirizzo, data di nascita e numero di telefono devono essere indicati nella lista dei giocatori. Il caposquadra è responsabile della sportività dei giocatori durante la partita e sul campo sportivo. Il caposquadra deve essere sempre presente mentre la squadra si trova sul campo sportivo.
Un caposquadra può essere responsabile di una sola squadra alla volta.
Spettatori e accesso al campo
Genitori, familiari, allenatori, dirigenti e spettatori di qualsiasi tipo devono comportarsi in modo corretto e rispettoso dentro e fuori dal campo. Una squadra partecipante può essere ritenuta responsabile per la cattiva condotta dei propri spettatori.
Accesso al campo L'accesso al campo è consentito solo ai giocatori aventi diritto e a un massimo di tre allenatori (inclusi i dirigenti) della squadra in campo.
Agli spettatori e alle squadre che non stanno giocando sul campo è vietato accedere all'area interna.
Ciò vale anche per la striscia d'erba tra i campi a campo ridotto.
L'organizzatore definirà l'area interna. In caso contrario, è necessario mantenere una distanza minima di 3 metri dalla linea laterale, a meno che non vi sia una barriera fisica (tavole, recinzioni, ecc.).
Fasce d'età (Categorie) ed eccezioni
a. Un giocatore può giocare in una fascia d'età se è nato il 1° gennaio o dopo tale data dell'anno in cui raggiunge tale età.
b. Le eccezioni devono essere registrate presso la direzione del torneo prima dell'inizio del torneo.
c. Se un giocatore ha un'eccezione valida dalla propria federazione calcistica (ad esempio, un rinvio per disabilità, ecc.), tale eccezione è valida anche per il torneo.
d. Un'eccezione valida non si applica generalmente se solo le fasce d'età variano a seconda della federazione calcistica. Si applica quanto segue:
Spuntare
Per ogni giorno del torneo, il team manager deve presentare una lista dei giocatori alla direzione del torneo in loco prima della prima partita della squadra. Questa lista deve includere i nomi dei giocatori, le date di nascita e i numeri di maglia. Tutti i giocatori devono essere in possesso di un pass giocatore o di una tessera identificativa personale/per minori, che possono essere esibiti immediatamente su richiesta della direzione del torneo. Questi documenti possono essere richiesti dalla direzione del torneo in qualsiasi momento durante la giornata del torneo. Un giocatore può partecipare solo se in possesso di una licenza di gioco valida per il club partecipante all'interno della propria federazione calcistica. Sono sufficienti i diritti di gioco privati.
3. Classifica della Fase a Gironi
La classifica dei gironi è determinata dai punti. I punti vengono assegnati come segue:
• Vittoria: 3 punti
• Pareggio: 1 punto
• Sconfitta: 0 punti
In caso di parità tra più squadre, la classifica sarà determinata come segue:
a. Differenza reti,
b. Gol segnati,
c. Risultato degli scontri diretti,
d. Calci di rigore.
Turno intermedio

4. Durata della partita
La durata della partita per le partite della fase a gironi, del turno intermedio e della finale è di 1 partita da 25 minuti.
5. Partite
a. Il dirigente deve registrare la propria squadra presso l'arbitro sul campo di gioco almeno 5 minuti prima dell'inizio della partita.
b. Ogni squadra ha a disposizione una quota di 5 sostituzioni a partita (incluso 1 portiere) dalla lista di squadra (sostituzioni in entrata e in uscita). Le sostituzioni sono consentite solo durante le pause di gioco, dopo la registrazione presso l'arbitro capo. I giocatori sostituiti possono anche rientrare in gioco (nuova sostituzione). Le nuove sostituzioni non sono illimitate e devono essere detratte dalla quota di sostituzione.
c. Se un club partecipa al torneo con più squadre nella stessa fascia d'età, non è consentito sostituire giocatori tra le squadre partecipanti. I giocatori possono giocare solo per la squadra per la quale sono registrati in base alla lista di squadra. In caso di violazione di questa regola, tutte le partite in cui viene utilizzato un giocatore non registrato saranno perse a tavolino per 2-0 dalla squadra avversaria e verrà inviato un rapporto alla federazione.
d. Ogni squadra deve portare una maglia di riserva chiaramente distinguibile dai colori della propria squadra. Se, prima dell'inizio della partita, l'arbitro decide che i colori delle squadre sono troppo simili, la squadra indicata per prima nel programma dovrà giocare con la propria maglia di riserva o con una maglia sopra il ginocchio.
e. All'inizio del torneo, gli organizzatori determineranno la squadra in cui giocherà ciascuna squadra. Ciò dipenderà dal fatto che una squadra sia indicata per prima nel programma o meno. La scelta della squadra può anche essere effettuata in modo uniforme tramite lancio della monetina, ma questa scelta deve essere applicata in modo coerente a tutte le partite dello stesso turno. Qualsiasi obiezione relativa a una scelta errata della squadra deve essere sollevata dall'arbitro o dagli organizzatori del torneo prima del calcio d'inizio. Non saranno pertanto possibili reclami successivi o contestazioni sul risultato della partita.
6. Misure disciplinari
Secondo il regolamento FIFA, un arbitro può sanzionare un giocatore con le seguenti sanzioni personali:
a. un'ammonizione (cartellino giallo),
b. una squalifica di 5 minuti,
c. un cartellino giallo-rosso (espulsione definitiva),
d. o un cartellino rosso (espulsione definitiva).
Le sanzioni possono essere comminate solo nell'ordine indicato e possono essere saltate. Ad esempio, un'ammonizione (a) non è più possibile dopo che un giocatore ha già ricevuto una squalifica (b); sono possibili solo un cartellino giallo-rosso (c) e un cartellino rosso (d). I giocatori espulsi, anche se squalificati, non possono essere sostituiti in quella partita.
Un giocatore espulso (cartellino rosso, (d)) viene squalificato per la partita successiva. La direzione del torneo ha la possibilità, in caso di infrazioni gravi, di imporre una squalifica più lunga dopo essersi consultata con la commissione del torneo (direttore del torneo, coordinatore di Euro Sportring, arbitro capo).
Se un giocatore viene espulso (c, d) o riceve un'ammonizione (a) o una sospensione temporanea (b), l'arbitro informerà la commissione del torneo immediatamente dopo la partita. Tutte le segnalazioni relative a comportamenti scorretti da parte di un giocatore o di un allenatore saranno segnalate dall'organizzatore del torneo alla rispettiva federazione regionale della Federcalcio tedesca (DFB), che a sua volta inoltrerà tali segnalazioni alle federazioni nazionali competenti del paese di origine del giocatore. È possibile una sospensione dalle partite di campionato nel paese di origine, ma non è responsabilità dell'organizzatore.
Nelle partite della fase a gironi, tutti i risultati di una squadra saranno dichiarati non validi e registrati come una sconfitta per 2-0 se:
• la squadra in questione ha schierato un giocatore non idoneo;
• l'arbitro interrompe la partita prematuramente a causa della squadra in questione;
• la squadra in questione non si presenta alla partita della fase a gironi (con 10 minuti o più di ritardo senza preavviso);
• la squadra in questione è stata espulsa dal torneo.
Nei turni intermedi e finali, la squadra in questione perderà 2-0 nei casi sopra menzionati.

In caso di grave cattiva condotta da parte di giocatori, allenatori, genitori e tifosi, inclusa la condotta fuori dal campo (ad esempio, in hotel, nel parcheggio, ecc.), la squadra può essere esclusa dal torneo. Se un'esclusione avviene prima dell'inizio di un nuovo turno (girone, turno intermedio o finale), i risultati del turno in corso e di tutti i turni successivi verranno registrati secondo le regole precedenti. Un nuovo turno inizia con il calcio d'inizio della prima partita di quel turno, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia coinvolta la squadra esclusa o una squadra interessata.
Le squadre escluse non saranno incluse nella classifica finale. Tutte le squadre successive saliranno in classifica.
Appelli.
Non sono ammessi ricorsi contro le decisioni arbitrali. I ricorsi riguardanti altre questioni devono essere presentati per iscritto dal capitano della squadra alla direzione del torneo entro e non oltre 15 minuti dalla fine della partita.
Il comitato del torneo decide anche su questioni non contemplate dal presente regolamento. Le decisioni del comitato del torneo sono vincolanti.
7. Calendario.
Il comitato del torneo si riserva il diritto di modificare il calendario in caso di circostanze impreviste.
8. Responsabilità.
I club partecipanti sono tenuti a garantire un'adeguata copertura assicurativa per i propri giocatori. L'organizzatore ed Euro-Sportring non sono responsabili per lesioni personali, danni alla proprietà o smarrimento di effetti personali.
